Leif Everson
Leif Everson is a documentary filmmaker based in Bozeman, Montana, with a passion for sharing visual stories, especially those relating to the environment, humanities, and the sciences.
Leif graduated from Boise State University in 2021 with a BA in Environmental Studies, before moving to Bozeman to attend the Science and Natural History Filmmaking program at Montana State University. Driven by a desire to share complex scientific topics with a broader audience, Leif has dedicated himself to pursuing an MFA and a career in science communication and documentary film.
He has worked with clients such as Patagonia, Sitka, and the EPA, as well as many other local non-profits, and government agencies. Whether capturing the beauty of nature, exposing the impact of human activity on the environment, or delving into the intricacies of scientific research, Leif's work aims to spread awareness, provoke discussion, and inspire meaningful change.
